23 Weeks

The General is now at 23 weeks gestation! :)

He should weigh about a pound! and should measure almost a foot tall/long! His weight is comparable to a large MANGO.

Robert is kicking a little bit harder now, just enough so I can see my stomach jump with his little kicks and punches.

According to BabyCenter.com, he can feel my movements and hear noises going on in the "outside world". The General's body is working on his lungs, preparing for the daily practice of breathing. :)

This what Robert looks like this week:

(sorry I cut my face, I was trying to get my "Bob" belly)

  3. Bob belly- that's cute! It's funny when you start balancing things on your tummy and then they 'move'. I was reading a book one time (at the office, I worked for Daddy) and had it balanced on my stomach, Brian was moving around and moving the book, Daddy was snickering, he thought that was SO funny. Billy kicked Brian in the head one time while Brian was trying to take a nap in my lap! Love you all, Aunt Brenda

  5. "For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth." (Psalm 139:13-15, KJV)
Wow a foot long! He is growing so fast! Enjoy every minute of it!
